REYNOLDS, GA - Mr. William C. "Billy" Pinkston, 63, of Reynolds, Georgia passed away Saturday, July 20th at Coliseum Hospital in Macon, Georgia after a brief illness. A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 24th at Mt. Olive Free Will Baptist Church cemetery in Reynolds with Rev. Michael Brandenburg and Rev. Jay Frazier officiating.
Mr. Pinkston was born March 29, 1950 in Tampa, Florida to the late Roy Pinkston, Sr. and Arlene Dyess Kidd. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, but above all he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Mr. Pinkston is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Barbara Pinkston of Reynolds, Ga; three sons, Blake Sasser Higgs and his wife Robin of Loxahatchee, Florida, Kevin Scott Higgs-Pinkston of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Clayton Todd Pinkston and his wife Traci of Jupiter, Florida; a brother, Roy Pinkston, Jr. of Port St. Lucie, Florida; and a sister, Bonnie Renner of Florida. He also leaves behind six grandchildren; Chloe' Dellepere, Sarah Mock, Devyn Higgs, Kendall Higgs, Clayton Pinkston, Jr., and Caitlyn Pinkston.
