Ray Edgar

A native of Opp, Alabama, he was the son of Gifford Edgar and Mary Helms Edgar. Ray was a veteran of the United States Airforce. He was a retired auto paint and body technician.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki L. Edgar; daughter, Amy Edgar Hood; three sons, Dion Edgar, Marty Edgar, Steven Edgar; seven brothers; one sister and five grandchildren also survive. He is preceded in death by his son, Raymond Edgar, Jr.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Watson-Mathews Funeral Home of Montezuma is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Ray Edgar.
