Graveside services are scheduled for 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Swearingen Cemetery in Byromville, Georgia.
Survivors include mother, Alexandra Garcia of Lilly, Georgia; father, Jose Manuel Cortez of Cordele, Georgia; maternal grandparents, Joel and Diana Garcia of Lilly, Georgia, and paternal grandparents, Jose Manuel Cortez, Sr. and Felipa Cortez of Cordele, Georgia.
Flowers will be accepted.
