Daisy Holley Poole

Born in Macon Georgia, on July 17, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Hardy Hunter Holley and Leila McLaine Holley.Mrs. Daisy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Marshallville, Georgia.Besides spending time with her precious family, she loved reading, gardening, and crocheting.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. in Watson-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel and, her son, Pastor Randy Davis will officiate. Burial will follow at Marshallville City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 8:30 until 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Her memory will forever be cherished by her dearly beloved husband of 17 years, John Ross Poole, of Marshallville, Georgia; two children: John Walter Davis, Jr. (Rebecca) from Reynolds, Georgia and Thomas Randolph "Randy" Davis (Cathy) of Fort Valley, Georgia; four step-children: Peggy Morris (Randy) of Cordele, Georgia, Jimmy Smith (Lynn) of Hampton, Georgia, Sheba Johnson (Keith) of Arabi, Georgia, and Leila Rainey (Scott) of Cordele, Georgia.Also surviving are eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, ten step-grandchildren and eighteen step-great-grandchildren along with many other dear family members and friends.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Joey Hunter Davis; three brothers: Larry Holley, Jack Burkes, Lemuel Burkes and sister, Louise Red.
